TO: ALL CVIA Thread Participants and Shareholders, I have been away from the computer all day today, and just got home, it's well after dinner time where I live. I only noted this to indicate that I did not get an e-mail response or a phone message back from Jack Arnold today! Personally this is OKAY with me, as I personally do not expect to hear any news releases or updates regarding the merger/acquisitions until late February or mid-March! ( This is nothing new, I have shared this feedback/opinion from my previous discussions with Jack Arnold! I recall him suggesting that it would be at least the end of February until we could expect to hear more information/updates regarding the merger details etc.) In my own opinion, I am looking at mid-March just so I don't make myself more disappointed or disillusioned than need be! I think the fact is that the deal will be signed, when the deal is signed!--It could very well be possible that Jack and the other potential partners etc. do not even know a specific date at this time! Even though I did not communicate with Jack Arnold today, my guess is that his response would not have been to far off what I just shared in my opinion! My guess also is that Jack would agree with us and stress that the "PATIENCE" factor will play a key role in how one addresses this investment scenario!!! Am I overly concerned that Jack wasn't there available for my questions and dialogue today?? No!! Not Really!! But! Provided that he is in town and available for discussions then I would expect to hear from him over the course of the next few days!---Then my opinion would be to have a free for all Shareholder Phone-A-Thone!!! But! In my opinion I don't believe that it will be necessary! I am aware that he has another full time job that he is reasponsable for, so it is my guess that is where he is???--And yes! Patiently waiting for the deal to be consumated!!! I do agree that by Mid-March would be the latest that I would be tolerant in receiving some detailed information regarding the merger, Reg S Shares, Acquisition details, etc.!!!! Beyond that point I would then have the potential to start getting very anxious!---But! Hopefully there will not be a need for that to happen! Jack! If and when you read this e-mail, your loyal CVIA Thread Supporters need a few questions answered! We'd be glad to hear from you! Is everything OKAY??? Is there anything we can do to help! Is someone picking on you?? If you need help. I'm sure that Brad and Dexx would be out on the first "Rocket" to defend the honour of the CVIA Leader!! All you have to do is call! OKAY??-----If something has changed, just lay it out for us, this is quite a seasoned and mature and astute group of CVIA Thread Participants!! My guess is that most of us have experienced several broken and crushed dreams in our investment travels!---Just give us the straight goods, and let us come to our own investment conclussions! OKAY?? We look forward to hearing from you Jack! Take Care! There is no malice or animosity intended in this posting, we are just a group of very concerned CVIA Followers who are watching every breath and movement for clues of what might be! Therefore I can personally understand how some investors might view the current CVIA Share trading range as being somewhat unsettling! Jack we need some recent facts , that to this point we have not been privy to hearing about!----As Spokesperson, I think we have now reached the point of no return! We need facts to bettor understand our chances of survival! Yes! February is quite a month! A Full Moon, St. Valentine's Day, and a possible signing of a merger and acquistion??
