Martin, in my previous note I was simply stating a fact ,

I sent a note to investors@hummingbird.com regarding Andyne earnings and never received a reply. I also left a voice mail and received no reply. I did manage to contact the CFO at Andyne who told me that Andyne was legally prevented from reporting their Q1 earnings. I assume that Hum possibly has the same legal restriction, but it would have been nice to get that message back.

I have sent messages in the past and have received prompt and thorough replies. It is possible that they have been overwhelmed with investors trying to find out why the stock price has gone straight into the toilet. Also, there was a new name as the investor contact listed on the WEB site so it is possible with the new "investors corner" project and new people on board they are experiencing a temporay glitch in their normally very good service.

Perhaps I should take this matter up with Fred Sorkin directly on the CEO link.

Keep the Faith,
Bill

Martin: I understand HUMCF has 4 main products.I would like to know
the growth percentage for each for the last 4Q's. The heavy short position is also of concern. Do you know why the shorts have held on so long?.
Thx.
