Ninja has very good and very responsive support team.
Send them a message...but first, go through their tutorial where they give you an example of how to trade based on moving averages crossing over. As a strategy, MA crossover sucks, but as a tutorial, it is very useful.

Just FYI, you can change a system setting to prevent your computer from going to sleep. You can set it to never go to sleep whenever you want the system to automatically trade.
