The proof that you’re 1 ignorant fool is the Dems snuck a law into their last omnibus bill changing the electoral vote law that gave Pence to he authority to do exactly what the 7 different Sec of States demanded in writing… suspend the count for 2 weeks so they could sort out the massive voter & ballot fraud in each state.
