Greetings Frank...

There are some similarities between both plays...

However, this time around, I have to tip my hat to Jesse and others for ensuring that investors who followed this stock were much more savvy, from a geological perspective...Much moreso than we were back in the Hinton days...

Jesse's efforts meant that the company now couldn't resort to the "confuse 'em with geological gibberish" scenario ..as happened in the past IMHO...

It is also my opinion that the one "trick" that was learned well was the one whereby drilling results would be withheld until certain goals were acheived...

This may have been a smart move in the old days and/or when the activity was being undertaken in the middle of nowhere...But with the forms of "communication" available to the average Joe these days, this sort of approach is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE...

Companies who resort to such neanderthalic practices will soon find that they will go NOWHERES...People will find other companies willing to deal more fairly with their investors...

Regards....Ray

Hi guys,

They hit sandstone in Hinton with no explanation for the magnetic response (as per Anthony Rich's statement in Dec 1 issue of the Northern Miner).

Regarding BH. Recognize the importance of Ashton's $4 mil purchase of a 10 tonne per hour DMS plant which has apparently been in the works for a while. They obviously have some longer term intentions starting with the K14 bulk sample. Also their news releases have been very difficult to analyze giving one the impression that they are trying to keep a lid on what they know. Ashton is well financed and do not need any financing at current prices so short term weakness in their price should not be a big deal to them. Quite possibly price weakness in the area play may offer them some distinct advantages depending on what their agenda may be. Any alterior motives they might have in keeping the neighborhood off balance is pure speculation on my part.

John.
