AQN has launched aggressive strategic actions to firm its financial footing including a material dividend cut and a paring back of capital investment. It is shoring up its balance sheet, maintaining it's quality investment rating and these are the actions you want to see from a company trying to turnaround a company. I'm not going to buy in large amounts, I will add in small increments, using what I refer to as an enhanced dollar cost average plan, as long as the price doesn't fall too much from here.
