It's more annoying because the photos are nearly always of MEN. Sexist!!! That creates a stereotype that men commit arrestable offences more than women do. The colour of the men arrested is irrelevant. What the photos of those men don't show is their intelligence and their parents' marital status and welfare status. Their melanin content is irrelevant. Nearly all of them have low intelligence, separated parents, and welfare upbringing. That's my theory and I defy anyone to find statistics that disprove my theory. None of them know who Ayn Rand is, and fewer than none have read Atlas Shrugged and can answer questions. Show the photos! If it's men, short, fat, handsome, bald, snarling, brown, or whatever, then let the viewer decide what the statistics tell them. Mqurice
