Mom's side of the family is Swedish heritage. I was given this as a requirement to be fulfilled. SI Message. And one vendor only. I haven't worked in engineering for some time now, I suspect that the 'normal' array of computer tools still can't meet this requirement. At that time we found two. "Look after the kids and the dollars will look after themselves" is where I always was.
