Xinex Networks Inc - Lawsuit settled; potential financing problems Thursday Feb 12 1998 An anonymous director reports The lawsuit brought by Xinex Labs (VCC) Inc against the company has been settled. Management estimates its cash on hand will only be sufficient to finance the operations of the company until February 25 1998. While discussions with interested investment bankers and potential investors are continuing and the company is hoping to complete a small bridge equity financing in the next ten days, there is a risk that additional financing may not be secured.
