Thanks, MD. Interesting guy. His politics are hitting me at an interesting time - just as I’m coming to realize that there isn’t very much to expect from the new House. The brand new Speaker is already talking about going to Taiwan - and China is already responding with big plans to upgrade their military. Is he right about Bitcoin? That, I don’t know. I trade BTC related instruments, but not in a big way, just buying breakouts, somewhat opportunistically, trying to catch a trend. I think the Russians have every motivation to cut production. If they comply with the artificially imposed price caps, they would probably have to cut prices for their “uncapped” customers. I don’t even understand what it means - imposing price caps on commodities. Either you buy it, or you don’t. Market determines the price. Ukraine… well, it needs to be monitored. Trying to get a sense of what is happening beyond the matrix… is intellectually challenging. Trying not to get caught up in some different alternate reality is also not always easy.
