Stock selling below their capital asset investments made over the previous 5 years. Also well below their BV. Now I see LUMN as a takeover candidate for their infrastructure assets perhaps w/ a value of $7/share.

Not Buying shares but not selling either.

Area51 - guiding down the numbers has been a consistent pattern since the Level3 merger.

I do think that the bonds yielding 15% are a much better play than the stock (which might be a zero).

I disagree with E_K_S that LUMN is a takeover play, mainly because of the persistent issues with the business and the high debt load. No acquirer will likely want to deal with this toxic combination.
