I was told when I spoke to company 100 million shares authorized, 64 million issued, 16 million float. Also called Tridon today and spoke to the guy there, he said they had 20 million. 20%. Spoke to KN Energy PR Dept. yesterday as I posted earlier, they confirmed that NAMX was one of their "many" smaller independent producers. The gas KN is getting is from the Nebraska fields.

SOROS' suggestion: "I believe that I read that several of you have been told by NAMX that there are 200,000,000 shares authorized, 60 something million issued, and 15-20 million in the float. Now that they have been quoted, I would call and ask them for permission to tape that answer. I have been told that KNE has confirmed some kind of relationship with NAMX. In light of this, they should have no trouble stating on tape the share quotes again....The answers to this will tell not all, but at least it could confirm or dispel the worst thoughts many of you seem to be having." SOROS, I guess you mean if NAMX is legitimate enough to have a genuine relationship with KNE, then they will not mind standing behind their previous statements re shares authorized, issued, and in the float. Elias would be the one to call, since as far as I know he is the only one who has given out the figures. Anyone who has a relationship with Elias could do this. Has anyone placed that call to Elias yet? M.M.
