Fast-forward to 14:41 for the "good part" ...

Quick summary:

- RuZZia posted a $47B budget deficit for all of 2022.

- RuZZia's deficit for the month of January alone is $25B.

- This was due to the oil price cap combined with a significant increase in military spending.

- RuZZia currently has about $280B in "rainy day reserves" to draw upon.

- In addition, their reserves of foreign currency is around $300B, but they really don't want to draw upon that unless they're desperate.

If the current run rate of $25B/month continues, they will have drained their reserves after 12 months.

But then RuZZia also announced a reduction in oil production for this year. IIRC it's around 5%.

And RuZZia is likely going to continue increasing military spending this year as they keep doubling down and doubling down like a gambling addict.

Let's not forget that RuZZia's own economy continues to contract.

So the monthly deficit of $25B/month could even increase, thereby speeding up RuZZia's fiscal decline this year.

After the reserves are gone, RuZZia will need to borrow money, but the international debt market is closed to them, so they'll have to "borrow" from their own people. That's when their economic collapse really precipitates.

Some ways that RuZZia can get bailed out:

- Oil prices start to rise.

- RuZZia finds ways around the price cap (and the shipping barriers that have been erected as a result of the cap).

- China steps in with a miraculous bailout package.

- A ginormous gold mine is discovered somewhere in the most remote parts of Siberia.

Based on this guy's conclusions, if his figures are accurate, time is NOT on RuZZia's side.
