Jeff,

I think there are just too many uncertainties to be able to put _any value on PKC right now, and that's why my jive about a HEC buyout is just that at this point, jive.

Once they test this well and drill the Antejeos we will be in a much better position to value PKC. Also, HEC has no urgency to buy PKC until the pipeline is connected and flowing. Until then it does not really help HEC.
