Bob who? Seriously, people should have their fingers on the buy button at times like this. The weakness in the stock price yesterday was maybe the last time get on before the "possible" ride.
The drills will turn in a week and the stock will slowly rise until the first or second news release.

Com'on Winspear baby, get those RC drills turning... then some rumors... then a huge increase in vol... then a halt... then...
