After seeing plans for my new house I realize it will fit in the garage of TED'S new house that I saw the model for when I visited him last fall.BILL gates may have a bigger house but not a better view than TED does from his mountain perch. Incidentally since I signed to build the house 1 month ago my y2k paper gains have more than paid for the house and new furnishings. My objective now is to hold on long enough if possible to reduce taxes by at least 50,000$ on my hoped-for total gain of 600,000 $ in 1998.If I am anywhere close to achieving this objective my 1999 objective will solely be capital preservation in preparation for the BIG RECESSION and MARKET CRASH .
