Let's make this simple - Clemenza's great uncle from the old country just hit it big in the Naples lottery and along with his stash from many years of hard import/export work (without TADS) he amassed a fortune. He has given Clemenza $150 million and now Clemenza is going to give half away to you with the sole limitation that you invest what he gives you in a U.S. publicly traded common stock and borrow another $75 million from a bank or broker - (Clemenza believes in the use of leverage as it provides a true tax advantage) - So with $150 million you could do the following:

1) Buy approx 1 million shares of Microsoft

or

2) Buy approx 1.25 million shares of Chase Manhattan

or

3) Buy 2.7 million shares of Campbell Soup

or

4) Buy all of ACRT

If you buy MSFT, we own the premier software company in the world and in CMB, one of the premier financial institutions in the world, or in CPB, one of the premier packaged food companies in the world or in the case of ACRT - what is it that we own ? What would that investment give us the chance to hand down to posterity ? Finally, you would have to go to the banker to borrow $75million, (Clemenza condition) - now what questions do you think he or she would ask you about your prospective investment in ACRT ? Think real hard.
