Wharfie, I stopped reading that article after the following: Putin’s confusing narratives about climate change and Russia’s systemic dependence on hydrocarbons hide a more nuanced reality about the president’s understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with the climate and digital transitions. I don't think there is anything "nuanced" about PooTin's position regarding climate change. I think it's simple. He just doesn't give a Brandon about it. All he cares about is taking advantage of Europe trying to cut off its own arm in a futile attempt to "divest" itself away from fossil fuels. We all saw how that turned out. Maybe PooTin's war of choice will help speed up Europe's transition to renewables, but that's like saying PooTin is speeding up RuZZia's transition to China and India as their primary customers for oil. Neither will happen overnight. Or even in a year or two. Tenchusatsu
