The previous post is in error in a number of ways. Mr. Raabe REPLACED the management at Quality Products that engaged in the conduct that was the subject of the SEC Cease and Desist Order. The Order was issued after a lengthy investigation that had nothing to do with Mr. Raabe or his newly-appointed management team. Many things occurred while Mr. Raabe was in office--when he took over the company was a mess, near-bankrupt and besieged by law suits. More law suits were filed related to things that happened before Raabe got there. Raabe held the Company together until a turnaround expert could be brought in. In fact, Raabe came in as part of a dissident group of shareholders who were upset with what had happened to Quality Products. This attempt to smear Mr. Raabe simply has no facts behind it.

As to the conflict of interest, it was fully disclosed both to the board and the shareholders (proof of that is that you are able to post all of the facts about it here). Given TVSI's status as an inactive shell, exactly what grand jewels could Mr. Raabe have taken from it? I would be very worried indeed if someone told me that a dormant shell company had retained highly-paid independent counsel! Put in context again, there simply is nothing here to suggest even a hint of impropriety.
