That's just stupid...

When has there ever been a protest... that "those in charge" found acceptable...

When has there ever been a protest... that succeeded in enabling change... without creating disruption ?

Passing laws to make protest illegal... is brain dead... as "some" Canadian's appear to be...

What your insistence on "protest... as long as it doesn't demand change"... requires... is only that the protest that WAS held... did not go NEARLY far enough... as it did not succeed.

And, the approach to "shutting it down"... denying its legitimacy... requires the next one will go further...

And, not understanding that... makes you an idiot...

You're not alone in that, of course... as Canadians seek to deny other Canadians their basic human rights.

I don't expect it to end well for Canada... as much as I expect it to end Canada.

If Canada were not a border state with the U.S., it would have ceased to exist a long time ago... but, if Canada continues down the path its on, and persists in denying fundamental rights to its citizens... stick a fork in it.
