Tom S. Please bring us up to date: last year you said that by agreement in the merger of your company into TMM you were due certain moneys in the future on a date certain....And if TMM was unable to make that payment to you on that date certain...certain other actions would/could take place at your choice...Please elaborate, was it payment in cash? stock common or special?? it seems to me that TMM has other unpaid obligations that may be argued, but never the less are real debts to others??? Thanks, Waldy

jp,
Yes I have your e-mail and remembered what you said. I have reported the facts. Some are hard to swallow but are as I see them.
jp, I am more that willing to let Tom do his thing. I believe with Tom's help we will make it. My problem is with what transpired yesterday. As a company we were unprepared. I am not a lawyer but can't vision going into court with the plan they had. I believe this company will make it and that means with Tom's help. Tom is not a lawyer and was present to watch the proceedings as I was. His interest is the same as ours. Just take the facts and make your own conclusions. Remember Tom is the head of Operations. That is not the legal aspect of this company. It is not my intention to divide but to UNITE.
jp, don't be shocked by the truth. You can't change what happen but we can be prepared next time. I learn by my mistakes I hope TMm does also.
Larry

JP, as you said no two people ever see the same incident exactly the same way. At least both Larry and Tom agree on the 30 days to get certain issues resolved, that's a start. They also agree the issues are minor. I would also observe that probably nobody has as much to lose as Tom if Chapter 7 occurs so I'm staying in the "Somewhat concerned but still optimistic" camp.

What can I say, this is my gambling money, not the rent money and I still like the odds.
