Hi David,

I'll see you in Reno on the 6th of April. I was in
Tahoe last weekend (10 feet of snow in the last 8 days)
skiing lots of powder and destroying my back near 'Sonny's
tree' at Heavenly.

Wayne, since CNY was in Q2 last year (versus only 1 week)
this year, I would expect Q2's earnings to beat Q1's this
year unless there was a major surge of workers in Q2 last
year.

j.

David,

Welcome back. How about that, the day you return you get to read about the merger. I don't recall anyone asking you directly what your thoughts are re: the Hasbro/Tiger announcement and if it comes as a complete shock to you or radaf? Can you comment on how this might affect radaf? I guess we could lose all oem business. Do you think this is likely? Do you believe Tiger is capable of supplying Hasbro? If so, when would you expect to hear Hasbro that we're no longer needed? Thanks as always.

Regards,
ms
