Reality :) I transferred to a different Home Depot during Covid height .. in just under 2 years my wage has increased just over 65% since the transfer.. YET ! I am still making less than what I got from my last raise from a company in 1991.. before heading out on my own :) by about 15% ...No wonder young ones have trouble buying a home !!! .. prices come down.. rates go up.. zero sum change on carrying cost ... ZIRP has left a HUGE scar.. I am finally starting to hear that HIGH 6% ROTFLMAO.. rates are here to stay.. Good I say .. The big solid techs will not falter.. solid small biz will not falter.. good small biz will flourish!! ... J6P gets to actually save money and make some interest .. GREAT!!! OH I recall daily interest savings accounts LOL
