Mark. For starters, I will be happy to see this reach $1.00. By that time the 1st Qtr. will be history and if things progress we can work toward $2.00. I don't want to dampen anyones enthusiasm but I would prefer slow and steady to spikes. Some will say that we already have slow. Regards, HG P.S. However if we get there count me in!

I met with Ira on January 16, 1998. We me in his office for about 30 minutes. I don't have time to go into the details and I'd like to dig out my notes. He seemed solid and in command of his numbers. He said that with the recent purchase of Myriad profits for 1998 should be about $0.15. My general impression was positive and I bought additional shares after that meeting. There was no mention of the deal with Morton Downey, Jr. except that he would be providing PR for FAMH. I am skeptical of this association and the change in business. I don't know the effect on the bottom line for the company. Nevertheless, Morton Downey, Jr. is clearly a much larger public name that FAMH. In any case, I picked up a few more shares today at $0.26. I have left two message for the President (Ted Colo) of Myriad Employment. I hope to speak with him on Monday. I was told at Myrid that he was the person I should talk to. Hope we all do well with this speculation. Later, Leroyt
