I was a political science major at a prestigious university in the early 1970s. At one point, I intended to get into the International Politics graduate program at Johns Hopkins and try to find my way into the foreign service (diplomatic corp). This is why I mention George Kennan quite a bit. In my mind, his ideas have been the most valuable in understanding the Russian mindset. He was the Ambassador to the Soviet Union for many years and I cut my teeth on the subject by reading his works..

In the end, I opted for law school, instead, but I never stopped following my undergrad discipline and have kept abreast of developments in Europe and throughout the world for my entire lifetime, no matter what I was doing to support myself.

I am not a Russian. I come from a German family and grew up in the Midwest and Texas.

I have no "handlers". Tiger is one crazy minded conspiracy theorist. Anything that is over his head gets explained away with the idea that a Russian or small pharma conspiracy is out to get him.:)

Win is a Russian! I knew it!

Russian? I suppose doxing is a violation of terms so I don't know how deep to dig.
I do find it interesting to analyze the clues left in the messages, particularly the way he/they switch from vaccines to climate change to something else depending on what agenda needs pushing that day. It's not just here, the same topic switches on newspaper and magazine comments too.

I have some insight into the "influencer" career. My neighborhood is filled with millennials who get paid to open boxes in front of a camera and give their opinion. This is not a cheap neighborhood either, Austin housing prices are among the highest in the nation, especially in the city center. The get the product and they get a lot of money from YouTube and similar social media if they are entertaining enough. Then there are 'work at home' people who are paid to watch these reviews to get their viewership up and extra "likes". It's quite a change from when I got a few part time bucks putting up fliers for local bars and bands.
