exactly the fraud that the government orders. Yet another clue that you figure the US government operates with the same type of corruption that the Russian oligarchs use. I suppose you think the researchers just pocket the money and make up the results? That would be the soviet way. No, we have our own home grown corruption. Most of it is the result of capitalist companies, such as Exxon, paying researchers to research, but then keeping the papers private unless they get one that agrees with whatever policy they are pushing. I suppose you can't escape a lifetime of adaptation to that system.
