No sane person would accept a bullshit Trump court filing.

I suppose we can find a single example in one of your postings rejecting one of Trump's court filings.

That could be so. You haven't seen me accept one the other way, either, not based just on a court filing. Because I don't accept any claims solely based on court filings as true.

I do recognize as likely largely true those court filings from serious, reputable parties with cogent, articulate filings and/or backed by reasonable seeming investigations. And I know a tight presentation when I see one.The default is that they likely know what they are doing.

And I recognize as likely untrue any filing from unserious parties and those documents that look sloppy to my reading.

That said, I recognize that you and I might disagree on who is reputable. For example, I consider the Justice Department to be reputable until shown otherwise. I realize that you don't.
