Bill; It's not very clear to me what you mean by she is GONE !! I did daytrade her last year about as hard as any individual did. I can see today that at the close they fixed the price to the up side, and she may give some of taht back. A late bid did come it for 15K at @117 , but taht may have been done as bait. I found that trading her ( or the opitions on her, you could not take your eye on her for long ) she moved in ways that were very odd and surprising as well. She would obey the rules one time, but then turn around and make a fool out of you the next. TA was worthless on her, it worked just enough to bait you in, nothing but watching the trades and bid/ask size during the day worked. News was often miss-information and I don't mean just the hype. Often the bad news was after she had ticked down and used to get shorts on her below were the pros had already shorted..I've watched her trade down after hours and on the open for an hour or so , then turn up so hard and fast and do a squezz play knocking all the buy stops in less than an hour. I don't try to call AOL any more, I simple don't have the time to watch her, as with playing her you couldn't watch anything else and not get hammered, the pros were on her hot, heavy and full time, with more tricks than any I've ever seen. I expect there were or is some just as or almost as sharp playing YHOO, and XCIT..you can't beat them daytrading they are wired in and fast. After much loss I got to were I could play the secondary market in optoins and skim some..but after expence and with the time it took I saw that it would take me forever get back what she took. Getting her right wasn't worth the troble it took, and even after I started hitting her 4 out of 5; the other plays that she took me away from, had to counted against what I made, and it didn't add up. ------------------- Like I say if I happwen to see YHOO, XCIT, DIS, Earthlink, and such all trend down and AOL just happens to be hanging, then I might go jump on some puts big time.
