There are some beautiful items from the Nomai/Iomega newswire:

Judge Wilkin noted that independent testing
showed Iomega's products were prone to the
clicking problem even without the introduction of
Nomai's disks.

Kingston said the decision meant Nomai would
come to market in the U.S. with a Zip-compatible
cartridge.

"It's full steam ahead for Nomai," he said,
predicting that competition would force Zip-disk
prices down from their current price of about $12.
"They cost next to nothing to make."

So, how long before Iomega announces the reverse split I said they would have to make back in early January?

It's too late to short because there will be a huge
gap down at the open tomorrow.

It's not too late for you. You will see 9 at the
open and you will catch big gains when it drops
to 5 later as you projected. This all hinges
on the correctness of your prediction.

My take of it is that IOM will drop for sure tomorrow,
maybe to 8.5.

>>>why didn't you short the hell out of the stock already?
because the news of the restraining order being lifted
did not come out until after the close of the market>>

If I knew that Dell was going to $250, counting the splits, I would of mortgaged the house and bought the stock when it hit $16 a couple of years ago.

Now, I ask you people, which one sounds dumber.
