LPasko,

I think if you carefully read the following and recent SEC filing (10KSB), you will 'discover' that actions by the SEC (November 1996) occurred from activities of the company during Mr. Raabe's tenure. Whether he is responsible or not, of course, is a matter that can be questioned.
