Ollie looks to have imperialist & expansionist ideas. Much to consider for Whiskey. Maybe staring can achieve goal by non violent means ? Hopefully so. My daughters cat had many problems moving to Glasgow, spent hours staring at other cats through windows to no avail. Territorial boundaries could only be drawn with confidence after massive cat wars that lasted years. Daughter cat is ex feral & drug dealers cat, brought up several litters. Chose my daughter as new owner on demise of previous owner. Not really a cat to pick an argument with. Her recent move back to the countryside has gone smoother though. Territories agreed upon, ceded or shared with hardly a complaining meow. Different class of cats I guess.
