Other than the number of nukes, I think China is already the number 2 superpower. Russia under the great leadership of pootin has gone down hill quickly. pootin is sabre-rattling his nukes again. Now that we know how poorly equipped and led the Russian military is, makes me wonder how many nukes they have that are fully operational.
