I use to think that Insider buying/selling was bullish/bearish. But I am not so sure of that now. I have seen massive inside buying while the stock continued to tank and have seen pretty big insider selling over a number of years result in very little affeçt on the stock price as the stock continued to surge. Insiders take profits. Wall Street often reads more into the buying/selling than is warranted. To be sure, insider buying more often than not is bullish. But Insider selling rarely makes a stock go down beyond the transaction.

Looks pretty normal to me. Sold out of trusts presumably on a defined plan. If they aren't selling like that quarterly would guess they do 1-3 times per year on a defined plan.

When you have wealth like the Walton heirs, sales like that amount to refilling your petty cash drawers. I think collectively the heirs still own almost 50% of the company.

WMT is overvalued crap. Look at the multiple it is selling at, with its prime customer base, lower middle income, struggling the most in this inflationary economy.

I can think of numerous companies in the retail space that are better positioned than Walmart. With that being said, the stock does look like a very good short term trade if that's your thing:

schrts.co

I would go long a stock that has better value than Walmart and caters mostly to upscale consumers.
