Something to look forward to FAMH shareholders.

Let's say the earnings come out and only show .05. What's really so bad about that? Look at what CAGI has done after their press release.
Their stock shot up from .30 to .70 in 2 days on .049 eps!!

I think everybody has to look at a bright side. Now, I don't think they will show .11 as a lot of people think. But, IMO, I think showing a positive number for any OTC stock is good.

IMO, I still don't like the way the numbers have been twisted and the tardiness of the company, but who knows, the sun may shine on you yet.

Then again, El Nino may come in and flood everything away.

Who really ever knows in this world of trading stocks. I sure don't. It is all a crap shoot and you hope you don't get snake eyes.

Like I have said before, if I am wrong and they don't show .11 eps, I will apologize to this board in CAPS. If not, I will not trash this board. You have my word on that.

I would like to wish every FAMH shareholder GOOD LUCK!!

HR

Yea, plus it didn't say what IRA ate for breakfast and what he did
in his spare time...Darn, I'm starting to think he's a spy for IRAQ...
Oh well, such is life........ Dusty

<<Paul, there was a release long ago saying that Ira had 20 years in banking and
finance, or something like that.

Nothing about where. Nothing about what type of position. Whether he ran
something or was an underling - who knows. It's never been released. I'm not sure
the reason for the secrecy. I've asked more than once, as have others.

Maybe he was a security guard.>>

Hello! Little Engine,

I read on one of your previous FAMH postings that you indicated that ," Maybe he was a security guard." I believe you were making reference to Ira's 20 years experience in the banking and finance sector?

In my opinion I have a high regard for people that can lay a committment on the line and have the character and initiative to persue the opportunities in the security industry! ( In fact I personally had an experience where a security guard probably saved me from getting beaten to a pulp by a couple of obnoxious bullies!).

If you were making a comparison to the sound character and leadership skills required to " Serve and Protect" by individuals working in the security industry, to Ira's character and demeanor, then I commend you for your astuteness!

If you in some way intended your "security guard" scenario/comment to have a different intent and meaning, then in my opinion you have shown very little regard and a demonstrated disrespect for other individuals that are out in this world everyday trying to make an honest living, to the best of there ability! ( Just my own opinion!)

Whether FAMH turns out to be a diamond in the rough or other wise, or the fact that you continue to number crunch to your negative hearts content on this thread! To me it really doesn't make a moments difference of my personal expectation levels for FAMH in the future. I am long, and will remain that way until I get full disclosure from a public news release from FAMH Management, and I don't really expect that to take place until all the details and terms of the acquisition agreements, and financials are carefully scrutenized with a fine tooth comb by all parties involved!

I'm not even remotely an expert in this acquisition area, however in my small and limited experiences with buying and merging a small company several years ago, I found myself putting myself much in the same position, that FAMH Management currently seems to be experiencing! As I see it putting together an acquisition involves a multitude of various individuals specializing in a marriot of tasks and activities in order to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together!

The only flaw that I see may have taken place was that FAMH Management did not contain their enthusiasim long enough to get more of the day to day mondaine requirements completed before starting to share a few bits and pieces of the possible outcome or end result!

And from personal experience, I can tell you that the deal is not finalized until all parties have finalized the agreement ( and even after having said that, there are still some situations where people change their minds after the fact, and these situations get tied up in the courts for weeks, months and sometimes years!)

In my opinion, what some of us are doing is betting on the hope that the outcome will be a signed, sealed and delivered number of acquisitions, a finalized audited financial made public for all to scrutinize---and then let the general investment community decide what value will be placed at various intervals of FAMH development or otherwise!

If all of speculated facts were clearly and significantly proven, without any further room for doubt or speculation, do you think that FAMH Shares would be trading at the current price range!
I'm not going to even try to speculate, because I haven't got a clue!

What I do have a clue about is in my opinion this company is in it's very early "grass roots" stage of it's development! It has in my opinion, a very dynamic and at times controversial Management team!
Great!!! I like that!!!! But! I also understand that style is not for everyone's investment taste buds!

Finally! Some individuals have tried to make some impact by attempting to discredit ( in my own opinion!) FAMH Management's style of trying to clue us in when announcements are most likely to take place! I personally read these as general time frames, others try to critique FAMH Management if they are one day off, and continue the wearing down process trying to remind some poster/readers on this thread, that wasn't exactly the day that they thought announcement would take place!

Our family Doctor told us that our youngest daughter would be born in a certain week! In fact she was born almost three weeks after his prediction or estimate! Well when the "Happy Event" finally took place, the first thoughts that came to mind weren't the fact that the Doctor misinformed me, but rather I was elated that my daughter was healthy and would live to grow and prosper in this world!

In my opinion there is a little exercise that I try to do when I start getting anxious about what should or could be, but isn't yet!

That exercise is the exercising of "PATIENCE" "PATIENCE" " PATIENCE"-------If someone is currently not a shareholder in FAMH, and if they have no intention of being an Famh Shareholder in the future!! ------ Then quite frankly I don't know what to recommend, other than it doesn't make any sense to me, why one would exert so much precious energy in debating about a potential outcome of a situation, when that individual will not be affected by the outcome one way or the other!-----That's where suspicion becomes part of the equation!

OH! OH! I bettor sign off now! I told my daughter that I would be off the computer in a minute!---It turned out to be 45 minutes! I guess that means I now have the potential to be promoted to Security Guard!
( Nothing but admiration and complete respect intended for all people working in the security industry!)

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
