I remember that case..........really surprised it's still ongoing. I'm frankly amazed the feds haven't moved into our area and offered to buy us all out. They bought out a neighbor whose house was teetering over the edge of the bank. A lot of folks here thought they'd make them offers too, but they seemed to have disappeared. We have wells, and magnificent views, and it all keeps getting more and more valuable, we'll never sell out. Of course, that's all out the window if the EPA gets involved. Hopefully the SC will do the right thing.
