I am not sure anyone has accused Mr. Raabe of any wrong doing, unless to question is to accuse. I think we are trying to determine the facts of this situation. The reason I asked if you were familiar with him is: When he was CEO of QPDC, there were 4 memebers of the BOD and 2 of them were stockbrokers. Prior to their depature the stock had a dramatic increase in price according to the charts on AOL, it went from .25 to $5.25 in one day and then fell back to $.25. This could have been an error on the chart or it could have been a one day wonder, I thought you might know. ITEM 9.
