Dear Hans,

If I already owned the stock I might be right with you in your thinking. From a long term standpoint you have to wonder how this company could go any where but huge. I am very aware of the applications of Nuovinox, especially in the road and bridge industries and I can think of many many more applications that haven't even been touched or mentioned.

What has always troubled me about STAX is the lack of information, the inability to keep anything on schedule, the complete lack of significant revenue contrary to their news releases, and significant strides in production capacity. Not to be slanderous but IMO I have yet to be convinced that the company is effectively being managed what so ever. Furthermore, cash has been dwindling significantly from the balance sheet every quarter and soon they will need to acquire financing to cover ongoing operation loss. Will they issue more shares and dilute the value further or will they get loans? Do you know? This should matter to all investors and shareholders. Please let me know if and where you find your answers? I doubt you will but would be grateful for your input.

These are some of my short term reasons that have kept me from investing at this time not that the right time may not come along on. Do you see my points and reasons for concerns. Also STAX claims they will be in the black but every quarter we see little progress and in fact continue to show movement in the opposite direction which further supports my previous paragraph. Lets see if this quarter is different?
Certainly there are reasons to believe long term they might pull it off (ie US State support, and Dreyfus investing in it) or have something in the plans? For my personal investing taste I like to see a company going in the black direction not the red before I start to acquire my position and the unknown question of how will ongoing operations be financed is currently keeping me away. I hope well for all investors and even if I don't get it, my best wishes on this one.

Just trying to remain objective on it. Would be glad to here reasons and theories why now is the time to buy?
