My point is that Malls need/must develop their properties into mixed use housing. There are a lot of undervalued Mall properties that fit this growing business model. MAC is a 'pure' play. The key point is many of these Mall properties will never come back w/ online shopping and need to make this pivot or FFO will not grow and or will fall.

Still holding my MAC for this reason only.

OT: Market likes the BGS earnings +12.6% pre-market. Lots of investors gave up but their price increases are working as are their logistic/processing warehouse moves helping margins. I see this stock back in the $20-$25 price range by End-Of-Year.
