When does WMB usually increase its dividend? Is it once per year, or do they do that whenever they're in the mood?

I saw that the AFFO is 2.2x the dividend (something like that). I was wondering if we should expect a nice diviedend bump soon, of WMB likes to operate like that for security? Any idea?
