Questron Technology (QUST, preferred QUSTP, warrants QUSTW). Nasdaq small cap, year-end numbers expected by end of Feb. CEO expects $0.68 to $0.69 eps and $25 million revenues in 1997, $1.08 eps and $40 million in revenue in 1998 based on current internal growth and recent acquisitions -- does not factor in any acquisitions for 1998 (he had about 5 last year, probably will do the same this year). Common selling under $8 per share, preferred (which is convertible to 1.4375 shares of common in March 1999 and pays a $0.115 annual dividend in February) is selling for around $8 1/4. J.W. Charles and Ladenburg Thalmann have buy recs out on the company. CEO recently bought 10,000 shares of preferred for himself. Principals at Ladenburg bought over 100,000 shares of the preferred.
