Pretty clear that the "gain of function" in Covid had that as a target... the attack mediated by use of the Ace-2 as an entry path in a critical system... but, really, fostering that attack on that particular system to use it as a gateway and conduit... in order to amplify the infection into a systemic level inflammatory attack.

All you needed to survive Covid... if blocking its Ace-2 exploit at the entry failed to slow it enough to buy time for natural immunity to prevail... was functional enough "systemic level" anti-inflammatory drugs... that worked well enough to prevent the (GOF intended) result in immune responses driving a "cascade" of inflammatory processes... imposing an insurmountable mass in system-wide inflammation...

People who died in the onset... died of respiratory failure... or, surviving that, of systemic level inflammation as a consequence of unchecked hyper-immune responses... or, suddenly dropping dead post infection, in consequence of (inflammation as) myocarditis, or other circulatory issues due to spike protein toxicity causing "leaks" and "blockages" from bleeds, or "failures" in capillaries. Other issues, too... in the toxicity and persistence of the spike protein, etc., so "surviving the initial assault" isn't in itself the same thing as "dodging" the impacts... with longer lasting interactions as "long Covid" not being surprising... ?

Matters... both as most of our serious health challenges seem they are, one way or another, "inflammation related"... or, "mediated"... if usually more about persistently sustained rather than acute instances...

But, also, as... can't just assume that Covid was a one off... when nothing else has changed to suggest you likely won't be subject to similar assaults in the future... or, that the impacts of the virus, or the "vaccines" might not merely precondition you to be more susceptible to some future... synergistic... "accidental lab leak"...

The one unavoidable take away... is that it is a mistake to entrust your health to (any) government... whose interest in you... is not often very well aligned with your own interest in you...
