I just have to throw my .25 cents in.
If there were no profits from continuing operations that have been in place already, how could Firamada make the acquisitions that they've made in '97? How would there have been a move to put corporate offices on Wall Street and how could they have opened the Houston office? Does anyone think that a company as big as AIG insurance, or Colonial, or Republic, or Tokyo Marine would have long term contracts, or expand division solely based on the satisfaction they've had with Firamada if this were all a scam?
I agree with the general dissatisfaction on release times
However, I do not think that this is the scam that some have either implied or stated.

I also agree that some statements made in releases have been withdrawn in one form or another, but hey, there have been a lot of activity for such a small company. We're all taking a risk by holding a position, and I'm comfortable with my decision.
By the way, when the audits are released, and without any profits from the core business that constituted Firamada in '97, operating profits ALONE from the Myriad acquisition, with current share counts should be about .06 eps from the information we have currently. I can't see much of a stray from this. If I'm wrong, I also will apologize in caps. Good Luck to All! Jin.

>>Let's say the earnings come out and only show .05. What's really so bad about that? <<

You want to know what's so bad about that? It would mean that Ira is a liar since he clearly stated to others on the thread (not me, however) that the earnings would be .11/eps (after taxes). Either he is telling the truth or he is not. I assume he is, but if he is not, then its verrrry bad.
