Re: a silver cloud tomorrow... The notice of shipping new products gave K.E. the ability to go to Goldman Sacks with both guns blazing. I don't mind the expenditure of news worthy capital if it can bring respect, he was protected going into the conference. Another blood sucker strategically placed notice of class action ( I think these guys are working in concert ) , can't let IOM get ahead of them otherwise they wouldn't have anything. Small victory for Nomai but as someone posted over on the AOL board that this was only a compatible issue that had already been resolved overseas why should it be different here. I had always felt that it would take patent rulings to resolve these issues. It would have been great to have a knockout in the first round but I'll take the second or third round. Hey, I've got a bunch of these Buz kits sold : ) , cost on these are around $165 wholesale. Reseller
