The other one was ethernet.

I don't think so. Metcalfe invented Ethernet when he was working at PARC, but Jobs and Woz went to PARC in '80 or '81, and I think at that point ethernet was already commercially available. PARC also invented the laser printer (natural thing for Xerox to invent) but it wasn't that either.
