Brilliant....very well said!!! another neolibcon talking book for profit. collatoral damage/death is measured in their risk algo. suggests that u.s. needs immigrants in order to supply bodies for the u.s. war machine... why else the immigrant flood? old timey strategy... irish immigrants for civil war fodder, etc... from what i've seen over my lifetime, u.s. immigration policy has very little to do with altruism, e.g. offering folks a better life. if u.s. policy was guided by helping folks, the u.s. would provide a decent universal healthcare option. until that happens, the u.s. has defined itself as a selfish, profit state, rather than one that cares about folks in general. war for profit: the american way. take it to the bank. rah. :/ but isn't it our duty?
