Agree with you completely, Robert. I'm somewhat adept at 'puter stuff, yet haven't a clue how to do secure on-line credit card processing for the internet, and I even wrote a MAPP-certified client-server on-line credit card processing program for networked PCs. I think it's a given they can handle phoned-in credit cards, though. Anybody with a market outside of their immediate town will have "mail-order" status. It's tougher to get (my company has it), but absolutely necessary if you wish to sell to people who can't just drop on by.
