The knowledge of the re-entry of the Capital Investment Group has to be responsible for part of today's movements.

Is it possible that CIG have accumulated more than what they have disclosed -- there was a 10-day window period.

Daniel,

1. I don't know when the shareholder mtg. is. I will call to check and will report.

2. I'm not a securities lawyer, so I'm not familiar with many of the rules. However, I doubt that first news of a merger would come in an agenda for an annual meeting. Rather, I think it would be by press release or by an SEC filing by the acquiring entity.
