Do not know the answer to your question. Good business practice would suggest the calling of the bonds if and when the fed funds rate is 3-4%.

Like the Agencies interest rate and the credit rating, do not like the continuous call.

Rolled over an IRA to a new account and have been buying new issues each month. Your question is my uncertainty because can buy investment grade (IG) preferreds north of 6%.
