Jan

Perhaps The Capital Group is accumulating the shares for a client who wishes to remain anonymous.

Naw! That can't be legal without disclosure of some sort.

Probably just saw the stock as a slam dunk double like we did.

I know one thing...it's gonna be fun tomorrow . I'm starting to talk my self into the theory that there is a marathon takeover crew slavishly working away this weekend to ink a deal that can be included in the shareholder's meeting agenda.. pure speculation on my part BUT the new M & A guy Mory hired was no slouch, I'm told.

Ciao,

Daniel

Is it possible that CIG have accumulated more than what they have disclosed -- there was a 10-day window period.

Jan, the amount stated in the 13G must be accurate as of the date it was filed. Capital Group Cos. ("CGC") owned 6.8% when it filed the 13G.
