MIke: I thought you stayed away from over valuations. True SI firms might be take over targets but from a valuation point of view, AMSY (valued presently around 1 time sale) is more likely to be taken over then SYNT or any number of other firms that are way ahead of themselves and are trading many times sales (and a p/e of 40 to 70) for what is essentially a manpower intensive business. Only the analysts and people who are all excited with y2k hype (notwithstanding that it is a real problem at corporate IS level) and momentum player who'd like to buy high and sell higher are riding the wave.

Ofcourse, if you are nimble, you could still make money realizing what the play is all about.
